We grade our products into three categories. Excellent, Very Good and Fair. Here's a breakdown on what to expect from each of these conditions.

The casing of the product may show very light signs of scratches and scuff marks. There is no damage that affects functionality and purely cosmetic. The casing has been kept or refurbished in excellent condition with minor marks.
Screens
The screen is in excellent condition with no signs of damage or wear.
Keyboard
The keyboard is in excellent condition with no signs of damage or wear.
Casing
The casing of the product may show noticeable signs of scratches, scuff marks and perhaps minor cracks and dents. There is no damage that affects functionality and purely cosmetic. Majority of the time you will not even notice the marks on a day-to-day basis.
Screens
The screen may feature very light scratches that are not noticeable when the display is turned on. There may also be minor signs of keyboard imprints.
Keyboard
The keyboard may show slight wear, however it will be in very good condition and fully functional.
Casing
The casing of the product may show noticeable signs of scratches, scuff marks and minor cracks and dents. There is no damage that affects functionality and purely cosmetic.
Screens
The screen may feature scratches and/or pressure marks which can be noticeable during use.
Keyboard
The keyboard may feature noticeable use, including damaged keys, worn off labels and glossy keys.

Q: Is it possible for me to collect my items?
Certainly! However, please get in contact with us first to let us know when you'd like to collect so that we have enough time to prepare your item. If you would like to test the item before purchase, please send us a message.
Q: Do you accept Cash on hand?
No, we do not accept cash. Orders will not be dispatched once valid payment has been cleared. If you have planned to collect, please ensure you have paid before you collect and provide proof of receipt and ID upon collection.
Q: My order has been dispatched, but the tracking is unavailable.
We will provide a tracking number once your order is being prepared. Once the courier collects your parcel and scans it into their system, the tracking number provided will update and you will be able to follow your parcel's journey.
Q: A Desktop/Laptop I've purchased is experiencing issues, what should I do?
We strongly advise when setting up your new device, that you ensure it is updated fully with all optional drivers installed. If you have any issues with this, or require further assistance, please get in touch with us and one of our technicians will assist you.
Q: I purchased an Apple device and it is asking for a login password.
We factory reset and test all of our products. If you encounter this screen, please enter either '12345' or '123456'. Once you have gained access, you can change the password or reset the device again.
Q: My item has arrived damaged, what are my next steps?
