Refund policy
There is a 14 day return period should you change your mind with the product. You are responsible for ensuring the item is efficiently packed and is sent to our warehouse safely. If you would like us to collect the item from your address, we will deduct the collection/delivery fee of £15.00 from your refund. Please ensure you contact us within 2 weeks of purchase. Should the item arrive back to us damaged, you may be liable for any damages.
Warranty & Damaged products
We offer a 3-Month Warranty period minimum for all products. Please register your product warranty with us within 28 days of purchase. You can register your product here: Register Warranty
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately to discuss the resolution. Returns within this period will be accepted, and we will provide a postage label for you to drop off at the nearest drop-off/depot location to return the product back to us at no additional cost.
Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct an inspection to verify the reported damage. If the item is found to be faulty as described, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. In the absence of any identifiable damage, a partial refund will be issued, deducting £15.00 to cover shipping costs.
Please note, any requests for returns submitted beyond the 3 Month period from the date of receipt will not be accepted for damaged products.
Optional Extended Warranty
Most of our products will also have the option to purchase extended warranty. Please select the extended warranty you would like and continue with the checkout process. Optional extended warranty is only available on:
- Laptops
- Desktops
- Monitors
- Servers
Product types that are not listed, such as Accessories are not eligible for extended warranty.
Exclusive 12-Month Warranty
Majority of our Laptops, Desktops and Monitors may feature 12-month warranty Included (indicated with a '12-Month Warranty' golden badge) instead of the standard 3-month warranty. Please ensure you register the warranty with us once you have received the product. The below-listed warranty policies apply.
What's covered under Warranty?
The warranty that we provide only covers hardware faults such as:
– Hard drive failure
– Memory issues
– Screen/Display issues
– Faulty Keyboard/trackpad/speakers
– CPU Fan or PSU issues for PCs
– AC Adapter issues for Laptops
The warranty does not cover:
– Software issues (Corrupt OS, Viruses/Malware/Ransomware)
– Accidental physical damage
– Water damage
– Misuse or intentional damage
– Ink/Toner cartridges
– Dead batteries*
- Fried motherboards
*As batteries are consumables and deteriorate over time, batteries are not covered under the warranty. The product listing’s description will specify the battery condition.
If you are having issues with your item, and it falls under the warranty provided, please ensure to contact us within 3 months of purchase and we will either: Repair the item, offer a replacement, or return the item for a full refund.
