Shipping policy

Free UK Mainland Delivery: Orders over £50.00 qualify for free delivery to UK Mainland. Optional Express Delivery is also available.

Delivery Times

  • All items are dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Standard delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days (unless specified otherwise).
  • Express Delivery is dispatched within 1-2 working days with next day delivery service.

Courier

Our primary courier is DHL. For large orders, we may use a pallet courier or other dedicated courier.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £50.00 incur a £5.00 delivery surcharge.
  • Certain areas and postcodes have additional delivery charges (see list below).

Collection Option

  • Certain large items are marked as collection only.
  • You can collect these items from our depot in North London, N9 0BD.
  • If you prefer a bespoke courier service for large items, an additional charge applies.
  • Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier, and we’ll provide weight and dimensions.

International Shipping

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
  • However, if you’re interested in a bulk purchase, please contact us, and we can explore options.
