Condition

Grade B monitors have to pass a screen test with no discolouration, however they may feature light scratches and pressure marks on the screen. There may be dead pixels on the display, up to 5 dead pixels are considered acceptable for Grade B. They may also contain scratches and scuff marks on the casing body and on the stand (if included) with minor signs of use. A Grade B monitor might feature a damaged cable holder, while the screen could have multiple scratches and/or scuff marks, but there will be no cracks or excessive damage on the screen.

The screen is in excellent condition with no signs of damage or wear.

The keyboard is in excellent condition with no signs of damage or wear.

Q: Is it possible for me to collect my items?

Certainly! However, please get in contact with us first to let us know when you'd like to collect so that we have enough time to prepare your item. If you would like to test the item before purchase, please send us a message.

Q: Do you accept Cash on hand?

No, we do not accept cash. Orders will not be dispatched once valid payment has been cleared. If you have planned to collect, please ensure you have paid before you collect and provide proof of receipt and ID upon collection.

Q: My order has been dispatched, but the tracking is unavailable.

We will provide a tracking number once your order is being prepared. Once the courier collects your parcel and scans it into their system, the tracking number provided will update and you will be able to follow your parcel's journey.

Q: A Desktop/Laptop I've purchased is experiencing issues, what should I do?

We strongly advise when setting up your new device, that you ensure it is updated fully with all optional drivers installed. If you have any issues with this, or require further assistance, please get in touch with us and one of our technicians will assist you.

Q: I purchased an Apple device and it is asking for a login password.

We factory reset and test all of our products. If you encounter this screen, please enter either '12345' or '123456'. Once you have gained access, you can change the password or reset the device again.
